This event was a group photography tour with max rive and his girlfriend maddie. From lima, it was nearly 2 days to drive up to huarez and then cordillera blanca lodge. this served as our base for the next 4 days while we drove into the mountains known as cordillera blanca with the tallest peak of peru called huascaran. we did several short hikes at around 14000 feet elevation, finding some amazing wildflowers. unfortunately one day was hampered by a snow storm which stopped our photo shoot. next we drove a day over to the next valley, and did a overnight camp in the mountains. were were greeted by some more wildflowers and a rainbow. this was followed by leaving the valley, and driving a day to the more famous huayhuash alpine loop with suila grande and yerupaja peaks, as seen in the movie "touching the void". After hiking to a base camp, we camped out at 14000 feet for the next 4 nights. photos are in chronologic order
