This was my first trip with capture the atlas, lead by Unai Larraya and Nacho fernandez. Starting at Riisitunturi national park, we took snow shoes to hike to the top of a small mountain, and captured the sun setting over fog in the valley below. This amazing day was followed by a burst of colorful northern lights over snowy fields.

The next day we went to a collection of lakes called kalastuskartta, followed by a reindeer farm.
The next day we took snowmobiles up to a mountain hut to roast hot dogs and see the views of frozen trees overlooking russia. the trees and light were magical, and I saw a fog bow as well. this was followed by an amazing night of northern lights.

The last day we went to Karhunkierros in kansallispuisto-vaellusereitti national park to see a river gorge
